**Roles & Responsibilities**:
Job Summary:
The Accountant will manage the company’s financial operations, ensuring accurate reporting, compliance with laws and regulations, and effective financial management to support growth. This role is vital for maintaining the organization’s financial health and aiding in strategic decision-making.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Financial Record Keeping**:
Maintain the general ledger, reconcile accounts, and ensure accurate financial data.
**Payroll Management**:
Process payroll, ensure compliance with regulations, and manage payroll tax filings.
**Accounts Payable & Receivable**:
Manage invoices, oversee collections, and monitor cash flow.
**Tax Compliance & Reporting**:
Prepare tax returns, assist in financial statements, and ensure regulatory compliance.
**Budgeting & Forecasting**:
Assist in budget preparation and provide financial insights.
**Auditing**:
Support internal and external audits, and maintain internal controls.
**Financial Reporting**:
Prepare financial reports and assist in analysing financial performance.
**Regulatory Compliance**:
Ensure adherence to accounting standards and stay updated on regulations.
**Collaboration**:
Work with HR and operations to ensure smooth financial processes and support special projects.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
