**Key Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physical Education (B.P.Ed / M.P.Ed) or equivalent.
- Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience in sports coaching and/or as warden, preferably in a defence institute, military school, or disciplined environment.
- Should be ready to reside on campus (mandatory for hostel supervision).
- Strong communication, leadership, and mentoring skills.
- Physically fit and passionate about training youth for disciplined and active lifestyles.

**Job Purpose**:
To train and mentor female cadets/students in sports and physical fitness, while also overseeing their residential welfare, discipline, and overall well-being as hostel warden.

**Key Roles & Responsibilities:As Sports Coach**:

- Plan and conduct daily physical training sessions, drills, and sports coaching aligned with defence institute standards.
- Prepare cadets/students for internal, inter-institute, and national defence sports competitions.
- Teach discipline, team spirit, stamina building, and mental toughness through structured training programs.
- Maintain sports equipment, ensure safety during practice, and keep training records.

**As Hostel Warden**:

- Supervise day-to-day operations of the girls’ hostel to ensure safety, order, and hygiene.
- Implement institute rules and maintain strict discipline among resident students.
- Act as the first point of contact for students’ personal and academic concerns, guiding them with empathy and firmness.
- Maintain hostel records: attendance, leave, visitor logs, and inventory.
- Organize recreational, cultural, and motivational activities for overall development.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
