Position: Regional Sales Manager (State PSUs/State Government
Department/Public, Private Sector & state/urban Coop Banks)
Location: Chandigarh
CTC:6-8 Lacs P.a. Plus performance linked Quarterly Incentive
- Nature of work
- The incumbent would be responsible for creating new Book of
Government clients in Northern Part (Punjab, Haryana, Himachal ,
Chandigarh ) thereby achieving the sales target
- Sales of company's Digital Solution like Cash Management Services
(PG/Connected Banking/POS/biometric Devices/Reconciliation/Prepaid Wallet) ,
Bulk SMS/EMAIL/VOICE/CHATBOT
- Tie-up with Government departments for G2C/Business Correspondence
services, Sourcing manpower solution in State Utilities (Power, GAS, Water)
under scope of work related to Meter Reading, Spot Billing ,
Collection/Recovery
- Tie up with State/Urban Cooperative bank for selling company
solution
- Tie ups with NBFC/MFIs & other Financial Institutions in the state
for various company Solutions.
- Qualification and Experience:
- Minimum Graduation (Regular) in BCOM/BBA/Economics/BCA/BTech with 3+ Years
of experience with Bank/Financial Institutes/Telecom/IT in Government Sales
- Skill Set Required:
- Strong track record of selling financial/Banking/Telecom/IT solutions.
- Understands buying process cycle in government (State, & PSU) and should
be well known with the dynamics of Government sector.
- Proven track record of consistent high performance and new business
acquisition
- Ability to forecast future sales trends and devise future sales strategies
for the same.
- Strong account management and business acumen
- Strategic planning, market plan execution with skills in competitor and
market analysis
- Developing relationships at Bureaucrats/CEO/MD/CXO level in organization.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Revenue Generation from New Account and direct sales and marketing of
products/services
- Instrumental in screening of prospective clients and converting them to
satisfied customer
- Participate in Business Plan and execute the strategy to expand customer
base in the assigned Geo / Vertical
- Will be responsible for managing govt. accounts in Northern Part (Punjab ,
Haryana, Himachal, Chandigarh, J&K)
- Constantly Qualify and build new opportunities / prospects
- Accurately forecast and execute Booking, Billing and Collection figures
- Positioning of products and solutions
- Effective Account Management and Customer Relationship - Establishing a
cordial relationship with the clients so as to ensure maximum customer
satisfaction and repeat purchases upgrades and cross sales of products and
solutions
- Demonstrated excellence in giving presentation and arranging demonstration
of the products in different government sectors, influencing the
specification of the product and making the company strong even if tender
comes out
- Building and maintaining healthy business relations with major customers,
ensuring maximum customer satisfaction.
- Responsible for creating a compelling value proposition in government
segment.
- Competition Analysis by keeping abreast of Market Trends & achieving
market share metrics.
