**Responsibilities**:

- Create engaging digital media content, including videos, images, graphics, and written materials, optimized for our website, social media platforms, and various digital channels.
- Collaborate with the program team to understand and execute content strategies that align with our brand voice, target audience, and marketing objectives.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging digital media technologies through extensive research, and incorporate them strategically into content creation strategies.
- Create and edit top-notch videos that effectively communicate our brand message and engage our audience.
- Craft and refine compelling written content, encompassing social media posts, YouTube titles, clickbaits, and website copy, to captivate and inform our audience.
- Ensure all digital media content is consistent with brand guidelines and maintains a high level of quality.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of digital media content, using analytics tools, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including the graphics team, designers, editors, and creative producers, to gather content ideas and ensure accurate representation of information.
- Demonstrate expertise in managing content for Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter platforms.

**Skills**

Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, digital media, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Digital Media Content Creator or in a similar role, with a compelling portfolio showcasing your creative and technical skills.
Proficient in using digital media tools and software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro/FCP), Canva, and video editing software.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt writing style and tone for different platforms and target audiences.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, digital marketing trends, and best practices for engaging online audiences.
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, as well as independently, with mínimal supervision.
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a passion for storytelling and content creation.
Knowledge of basic SEO principles, photography, videography, and editing techniques is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
