**Job Summary**:
The Resident Dentist will be responsible for delivering high-quality dental care to patients within the clinic. The role includes diagnosis, treatment planning, and routine dental procedures under the supervision or collaboration of senior dentists. This position is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals seeking hands-on experience in a structured clinical environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform routine dental examinations, diagnoses, and preventive care.
- Carry out procedures such as restorations (fillings), scaling and polishing, extractions, and temporary crowns.
- Assist in root canal treatments, minor surgical procedures, and prosthodontic work under guidance.
- Take and interpret dental radiographs (X-rays).
- Maintain detailed and accurate patient records and treatment notes.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene, dietary advice, and preventive dental care.
- Ensure high standards of infection control and sterilization procedures are followed.
- Support senior dentists in complex cases or during surgeries.
- Manage patient flow and maintain a professional and empathetic rapport with patients.
- Participate in clinical meetings, trainings, and case discussions.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- BDS (Bachelor of Dental Surgery) from a recognized dental college.
- Valid dental license/registration from the Dental Council of India.
- 0-3 years of clinical experience preferred (freshers may apply).
- Good clinical knowledge and a willingness to learn and adapt.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a team and under supervision.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
