**Experience Required**: 0-2 Years (Real Estate background preferred)

**Salary Range**: ₹10,000 - ₹15,000 per month (plus incentives)

**Working Days**: 6 Days a week

We are looking for enthusiastic and persuasive **Telecallers** to join our sales team in the **real estate sector** at our **Vashi and Khalapur locations**. The role involves calling potential clients, generating leads, scheduling site visits, and supporting the sales team to achieve targets.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain project details.
- Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
- Schedule and coordinate client site visits.
- Maintain customer database and follow up on inquiries.
- Support sales executives in achieving overall sales targets.

**Requirements**:

- 0-2 years of experience as a tele caller, customer service, or similar role (real estate background preferred).
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi/English (additional local language will be an advantage).
- Confident, persuasive, and goal-oriented personality.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM tools will be a plus.
