**Graphic Designer (Female Preferred)**

**Experience Required**:

- 1-2 years of experience with a digital marketing agency.

**Educational Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

**Key Skills**:

- Strong conceptual and design skills.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Creative briefing and workflow management.
- Social media management.
- Planning and managing client's content calendar.
- Interaction between client and creative team.

**Responsibilities**:
**Creative Design and Execution**:Conceptualize and execute creative designs for various mediums, including digital, print ads, social media, and other marketing collateral.

**Standards Adherence**:Uphold high standards in line with agency and client expectations.

**Project Collaboration**:Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure creative solutions meet project objectives.

**Medium Proficiency**:Design for a wide range of mediums, showcasing expertise in digital graphics, print ads, social media visuals, and other promotional materials.

**Tool Proficiency**:Utilize advanced knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.

**Communication**:Communicate design concepts clearly and effectively.
Respond professionally to creative direction, constructive critique, and client feedback.

**Social Media Management**:Contribute to social media management through the creation of visually appealing graphics consistent with the brand.

**Client Interaction**:Facilitate the interaction between clients and the creative team, understanding and incorporating client feedback into design projects.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio.
- Ability to think creatively and strategically.
- Prior experience in a digital marketing agency is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple design projects and prioritize effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.

Pay: Up to ₹400,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Yearly bonus
