**Job Title: In-House Video Editor**

MH Films is looking for a talented **In-House Video Editor** to join our creative team. If you have a strong passion for storytelling, an eye for detail, and expertise in video editing, we want you on board. As a part of our team, you will be responsible for crafting engaging and visually appealing content for a variety of projects, including commercials, social media, promotional videos, and more. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Edit and assemble raw footage into polished, high-quality video content.
- Collaborate with the creative team to understand project goals, timelines, and deliverables.
- Work on video projects from start to finish, including trimming, cutting, color correction, sound design, and adding visual effects.
- Ensure the final video content is aligned with brand guidelines and delivers the intended message.
- Create and edit video content for social media platforms, websites, and other marketing channels.
- Work on video content for a variety of formats including short-form content, advertisements, corporate videos, behind-the-scenes content, and more.
- Continuously learn and experiment with new editing techniques, software, and trends in the video editing space.
- Manage multiple video editing projects simultaneously while ensuring deadlines are met.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a video editor, with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of editing styles and formats.
- Proficient in industry-standard editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects, etc.).
- Strong understanding of video composition, color grading, sound design, and motion graphics.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for storytelling through video.
- Knowledge of video trends, techniques, and digital media platforms.
- Ability to take creative direction and feedback while maintaining a high standard of quality.
