The key role of QA is ensuring that the agents provide quality service in line with organizational objectives. QA is responsible for assessing the quality of the performance of our associates who deal with our existing and potential clients. The QA will monitor inbound and outbound call and responses to assess associate demeanor, technical accuracy, customer service performance conformity to company policies and procedures. This individual will assist in developing, creating and implementing quality processes and procedures; as well as making recommendation for enhancements to training materials as needed to enhance overall experience.

**Salary**: ₹17,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
