Required VMC setter cum operator

Key Responsibilities:

- **Interpreting Engineering Drawings**:VMC Setters must be able to read and understand technical drawings to determine the required machining operations and specifications.
- **Tooling Selection and Setup**:They choose the correct cutting tools, fixtures, and other equipment needed for the specific job and mount them on the machine.
- **Machine Setup and Calibration**:This involves setting up the machine parameters, such as speeds, feeds, and offsets, to ensure accurate and efficient machining.
- **Programming (G-code/M-code)**:In some cases, VMC Setters may need to program the machine using G-code or M-code to control the cutting paths and other machine functions.
- **Monitoring and Adjustments**:They monitor the machining process, ensuring the machine is running correctly and making adjustments as needed to maintain quality and efficiency.
- **Quality Control**:VMC Setters conduct quality checks on finished parts to ensure they meet the required dimensional tolerances and specifications.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
