- Transform business function requirements into technical program specs to code, test and debug programs.
- Co-ordination with functional teams to understand the Business requirements and functional design.
- Develop, code, document and execute unit tests, systems, integration and acceptance tests for functions of high complexity.
- Perform performance tuning to improve performance over multiple functions
- Engage other technical team members in the design, delivery, and deployment of solutions.
- Ensure integration system activities including monitoring the technical architecture (particularly scalability, availability and archiving) meet all SLA's.
- Mentor and coach junior developer resources.
- Experience in SAP Workflow, Webdynpro, Adobe forms etc.,.
- Experience of working on Data Dictionary objects - Tables, Views, Structures, Table maintenance.
- Development of Reports, Enhancements, Interface. Conversions, Adobe Forms/SMART FORMS/Script for various business requirements
- Excellent skills in debugging.
- Experience in handling and delivering Change requests and exposure to implementation/ support projects.
- Strong knowledge in SAP Finance modules

Good communications skills, strong customer focus and service mindset with experience in client interaction**Mandatory skills**
