Store Supervisor

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Receiving the requirement from the Departments.
- Receiving of Material/items from suppliers and Vendors as per purchase orders.
- Ordering material as per Purchase order.
- Keeping stock level up to date.
- Safe custody of all the items held on charge.
- Issue the items to concern department as per their approved indent.
- Bills to be send for pay off with Order form/goods receipt note.
- Vendor Management
- should be aware of GRN
- Stock Management
- Timely physical verification of the stock
- All the register should be updated in timely
- Manage the entire warehouse/logistics operations and handling courier partners/service providers from shipment receipts to order management, picking, and Inventory management to order fulfilment.
- To ensure the orders received are dispatched accurately and within specified timelines. - Preparing DSR/DR (Daily Sales Report/Dispatch Report) & RTO (Return to Origin) Report.
- Proven work experience as a Warehouse Manager
- Expertise in warehouse management procedures and best practices Proven ability to implement process improvement initiatives
- Strong knowledge of warehousing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Hands on experience with warehouse management software and databases
- Leadership skills and ability manage staff Strong decision making and problem solving skills

**Experience : Minimum 4 years in Manufacturing Industry**

**Education : Graduate/Material Management/ Degree/ Diploma**

Knowledge of MS Excel like Vlookup, Pivot, Filters, etc.

Systematic & organized working.

Smart learner & adaptive.

Excellent communication skills

Good at Ms Office suite(PPT and excel)

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
