**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist clients with a warm and professional attitude.
- Coordinate appointments, schedule bookings, and manage the clinic calendar.
- Maintain client records and treatment histories with confidentiality.
- Support doctors and therapists with patient flow and treatment preparation.
- Handle billing, invoicing and daily sales entries using **Tally**.
- Monitor and manage stock of products, consumables, and clinic supplies.
- Order new stock and maintain proper inventory levels.
- Oversee cleanliness and organization of the front desk and common areas.
- Resolve client concerns promptly and professionally.

**Key Skills**:

- Experience in a **beauty/laser/aesthetic clinic** (preferred).
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in **Tally ERP** and MS Office.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Knowledge of laser treatments and skin procedures is a plus.
- Fluency in English(preferred) and Local Language.

**Qualifications**:

- Certification in beauty/aesthetic therapy is a plus.
- Prior experience with **clinic reception**, **laser technology**, and **stock control**.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
