**Job Title: Salesforce CPQ Consultant**

**Location**: Hyderabad

**Job Type**: Full-Time

**Experience Required**: 4-6 years

**Responsibilities**:

- Implement and configure Salesforce CPQ to meet the specific business needs of the organization.
- Manage and enhance existing CPQ processes, including pricing rules, product configuration, and quote generation.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and provide tailored Salesforce CPQ solutions.
- Develop and maintain CPQ-related workflows, approval processes, and integrations with other Salesforce modules (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.).
- Troubleshoot and resolve CPQ issues, including bugs, system errors, and user-related issues.
- Conduct end-user training sessions and provide ongoing support to users.
- Stay up-to-date with Salesforce CPQ best practices and new features, recommending improvements to business processes as needed.
- Develop and maintain documentation for configuration, troubleshooting, and process flows.
- Participate in the creation of CPQ-related reports and dashboards to provide valuable insights to sales teams.

**Requirements**:

- 4-6 years of experience with Salesforce CPQ, including hands-on configuration and administration.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce functionality, including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing CPQ solutions, including product configuration, pricing rules, quote templates, and approval workflows.
- Experience with Salesforce Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components is a plus.
- Solid knowledge of Salesforce best practices, methodologies, and integration strategies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex CPQ-related issues.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Salesforce CPQ certification (preferred) or other Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Advanced Administrator, etc.).
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with other Salesforce modules (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.).
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools (JIRA, Confluence).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
