**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations to understand clients’ mental health needs.
- Provide counseling and therapy sessions tailored to individual or group needs.
- Collaborate with Ayurvedic practitioners to design holistic mental health programs.
- Educate clients on managing stress, anxiety, and other mental health challenges.
- Monitor client progress and make adjustments to therapy plans as needed.
- Maintain detailed client records and ensure confidentiality.
- Stay updated on mental health trends and integrate Ayurvedic principles where applicable.

**Requirements**:

- Master’s or Doctorate degree in Psychology or a related field.
- Licensure or certification as a practicing Psychologist.
- Knowledge of or interest in Ayurvedic approaches to mental health.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Empathy, patience, and the ability to build trust with clients.
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
