Job Title: Computer Operator

**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Operate computer systems and peripheral equipment to process data.
- Monitor and control computer systems and respond to error messages.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on hardware and software.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
- Manage and maintain electronic filing systems.
- Input data accurately into databases, spreadsheets, and other digital formats.
- Generate reports and perform data analysis using MS Excel.
- Ensure data integrity and security protocols are followed.
- Collaborate with team members to improve operational processes.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding data privacy and security.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Computer Operator or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, including advanced functions such as formulas, pivot tables, and charts.
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and operating systems.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and processing.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with data privacy regulations and best practices is a plus.
- Certification in computer operations or related field is desirable.
