Godown Supervisor

**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise **daily dispatch, loading, and unloading** of goods.
- Maintain **accurate stock records** and oversee inward/outward material entries.
- Coordinate with **transporters, drivers, and customers** for dispatch and delivery.
- Check product quantity, quality, and labeling before dispatch.
- Manage **team of helpers/labourers** for efficient material handling.
- Ensure proper **storage, safety, and cleanliness** of the godown.
- Prepare and maintain **delivery challans, dispatch reports, and stock sheets**.
- Support management in **physical stock audits and daily reporting**.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
- 1-4 years of experience in godown, dispatch, or warehouse supervision (preferably in plywood, laminates, doors, or building material industry).
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel / Tally entry preferred).
- Strong coordination and team-handling skills.
- Honest, disciplined, and punctual.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
