Store Keeper

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily store operations, including receiving, organizing, and issuing materials for production needs.
- Use ERP software to manage inventory levels, update stock records, and ensure data accuracy.
- Process and maintain Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) for all incoming materials, verifying quantities and quality against purchase orders.
- Collaborate closely with procurement and production teams to ensure timely availability and accurate tracking of materials.
- Organize materials systematically for efficient storage, retrieval, and safety compliance.
- Generate reports from the ERP system on stock levels, material usage, and inventory costs, providing management with timely updates.
- Ensure the store area adheres to health, safety, and operational standards.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in store or inventory management within the fabrication or manufacturing industry.
- Proficiency in ERP software for inventory tracking, including processing Goods Receipt Notes (GRN).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with a systematic approach to inventory management.
- Familiarity with materials used in fabricating pressure vessels, heat exchangers, and similar equipment.
- Strong communication skills for effective coordination with internal departments.
