**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Manage and Administer Storage Systems: Oversee Dell EMC storage systems such as PowerMax, VMAX, PMAX, Unity, and ECS.**
- **Storage Provisioning and Monitoring: Perform day-to-day storage provisioning, monitor performance, and troubleshoot issues.**
- **Data Protection: Implement and manage storage replication, snapshots, and data protection strategies.**
- **Collaboration: Work with backup, network, and server teams to ensure seamless infrastructure integration.**
- **Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor system performance and address potential issues or capacity limitations proactively.**
- **Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of storage configurations, procedures, and support tasks.**
- **Disaster Recovery: Support disaster recovery planning and testing.**

**Primary Skills**:

- **Dell EMC PowerMax/NetApp Administration**
- **Dell EMC Isilon, ECS, Unity, PMAX Storage Administration**
- **Cisco SAN switches administration**
- **Knowledge of automation/scripting**
- **ITIL process knowledge**
- **Performance analysis, troubleshooting, and fine-tuning**

**Secondary Skills**:

- **Storage/SAN Migration**
- **Additional knowledge in Cisco SAN switches administration**
