**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain products/services.
- Answer incoming calls and resolve customer queries efficiently.
- Maintain a database of customer information and update records.
- Follow up on leads and convert them into sales.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets set by the management.
- Handle customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing team to optimize strategies.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred.
- **Experience**: 0-2 years (Freshers can also apply).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent.
- Proficiency in **[mention languages required, e.g., Hindi, English, or regional language]**.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM software experience is a plus).
