**Job Title**:
Data Loss Prevention (DLP) Specialist / Engineer

**Location**:
Hyderabad / Pune

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, implement, and manage enterprise-wide DLP strategies, policies, and procedures.
- Configure, monitor, and maintain DLP tools and technologies (e.g., Symantec, McAfee, Forcepoint, Microsoft Purview).
- Analyze DLP alerts, investigate incidents, and escalate as required.
- Coordinate with IT and Security teams to mitigate risks and implement effective controls.
- Prepare detailed reports on DLP incidents, policy violations, and remediation steps.
- Support audits and compliance activities related to data protection (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, ISO 27001).
- Conduct periodic reviews of DLP policies to ensure effectiveness and relevance.
- Provide user training and awareness on data protection practices and acceptable use.
- Recommend improvements and upgrades to DLP solutions to meet evolving business needs.

**Required Skills**:

- Hands-on experience with leading DLP technologies and solutions (Symantec DLP, Forcepoint, McAfee, Microsoft Purview, etc.).
- Strong understanding of data classification, encryption, and data security principles.
- Experience with incident response and security operations.
- Familiarity with data privacy laws and compliance standards (GDPR, HIPAA, PCI DSS).
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
- Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, or relevant DLP vendor certifications are a plus.

**Preferred**:

- Experience integrating DLP with SIEM solutions.
- Knowledge of insider threat programs and related tools.
- Prior experience in a large enterprise environment.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Fresher, Internship, Contractual / Temporary, Freelance, Volunteer

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹3,500,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 45 per week
