**Position**: UI/UX Designer

**Experience**: 1 to 4 Years

**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that align with business goals and user needs.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to understand user behavior and preferences.
- Analyze user feedback and activity, and iterate to enhance the user experience.
- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends and incorporate them into design processes.
- Work closely with developers, product managers, and marketing teams to deliver engaging user experiences.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas to improve product design and functionality.
- Document design guidelines, best practices, and design standards.
- Present design concepts and user experience strategies to stakeholders and team members.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in UI/UX design.
- Proven experience with a portfolio showcasing user-centric design projects.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and practices.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
