**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the conceptualization and execution of creative design solutions for various projects.
- Supervise and mentor a team of graphic designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Develop and implement a visual design strategy that aligns with the company's overall brand and objectives.
- Ensure the quality and consistency of design deliverables across all channels.
- Review and approve design concepts, graphics, and layouts produced by the team.
- Engage with clients to understand their design requirements and provide creative solutions.
- Present design concepts and gather feedback, ensuring client satisfaction.

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
- Minimum 3 year of experience in graphic design.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Strong design skills with an eye for detail and the ability to work within brand guidelines.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with teams.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Brownie points if you have knowledge of Figma and experience in web designing.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
