We are creating a product on career counselling and required resources who should have completed their PhD for research and development.

The indicative responsibilities are as shown below:

- Develop a comprehensive methodology around career counselling
- Develop a framework to psychologically derieve results based on psychomettry and other relevant tests as in DSM and/or associated and relevant frameworks. The framework has to revolve around AI, audio visual techniques etc. The research has to be backed by credible evidences
- Be very familiar and open to doing research based on modern techniques leading to psychometric outcomes
- Should be familiar with psychology templates etc

Educational Qualification

You should be a PhD with atleast 2 years of relevant working experience

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary, Freelance
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: ₹40,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
