**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Outbound Calls**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers using a prepared script.
- Explain products or services and answer questions from potential clients.
- Engage in effective and persuasive conversations to generate interest and secure appointments or sales.
- **Inbound Calls**:

- Handle incoming calls from existing and potential customers.
- Provide information about products, services, and address customer inquiries.
- Resolve customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.
- **Data Entry**:

- Accurately enter customer information into the database during and after each call.
- **Achieve Targets**:

- Meet or exceed daily and monthly call quotas and sales targets.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with team members and other departments to achieve overall business objectives.
- Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions.

**Requirements**:

- **Education and Experience**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a Telecaller or similar customer service role is a plus.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
- Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
- **Adaptability**:

- Ability to adapt to changing scripts, products, and processes.
- **Punctuality**:

- Consistent attendance and punctuality.
