We are looking for a dynamic Sales person who has the passion for sales, loves to develop high performing teams and can drive and achieve targets. As a valuable contributor to the sales strategy, you will be responsible for managing a team of new hires; recruiting, mentoring and training new team members on the sales process and achieving individual, team and organizational goals.

**Job Description**:
Team Handling

Visiting colleges and Management entrance coaching center

Creating and maintaining good relationship with Institute heads

Conducting various ATL and BTL Activities in colleges.

Identifying key areas for improvement in the sales team.

Motivate the sales team to achieve the best results possible.

Has to assign tasks to the team members and set the monthly targets based on priority.

Individual contribution in branch business.

Upgraded knowledge about Product and competitors.

Achieving monthly sales target.

Converting inquiries into enrolments and achieve branch sales targets.

Ensure that continual training is given to the team members.

Recruitment and Training for the sales department

Track and analyze prospect progress through funnel, conversions of forecasts & opportunities, and monitor activity and performance.

Introduce new ideas to help increase lead generation and improve sales to ensure the team is successful.

Preferred Skills and Experience:
Minimum 7 years sales experience in any sales and marketing Industry

Experience in team handling.

Experience in Education industry will be proffered.

A proven ability to plan, develop and execute business development strategies

Sales oriented and target driven attitude and should have ability to work with targets

Excellent communication, listening and presentation skills

Must be motivated, energetic and able to work as a part of a team.

Must be able to work to tight deadlines even when under pressure

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
