Educational Qualification:

- Graduate in any discipline (Science/Engineering preferred)
- TOT Certified Trainer under Green Jobs Sector Skill Council (mandatory)

Experience Required:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in Solar Lighting Assembly or relevant renewable energy field.
- Experience in training, skill development, or vocational education preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct classroom and practical sessions for trainees as per the SGJ/Q0201 - Solar Lighting Assembly Qualification Pack.
- Deliver effective, engaging training sessions using appropriate training aids and assessment tools.
- Ensure alignment with the curriculum, learning outcomes, and industry standards.
- Conduct continuous assessment, maintain trainee attendance and performance records.
- Ensure adherence to safety norms and quality standards during training.
- Coordinate with project coordinators, mobilizers, and monitoring teams for smooth implementation.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly training reports and documentation as required.

Skills Required:

- Strong knowledge of solar energy systems and lighting assembly process.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to motivate and guide trainees effectively.
- Practical exposure to solar product assembly and testing.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
