**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement effective marketing campaigns to promote hospital services.
- Build and maintain relationships with doctors, clinics, and corporate clients for referrals.
- Organize health camps, CME programs, awareness events, and community outreach activities.
- Handle digital and social media marketing in coordination with the digital team.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor analysis, and new opportunities.
- Prepare reports on marketing performance and campaign ROI.
- Coordinate with media, advertising agencies, and vendors for promotional activities.
- Ensure hospital branding is consistent across all channels and materials.
- Visit companies, schools, and local businesses to promote health checkups and wellness packages.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in healthcare/hospital marketing preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Willing to travel locally for fieldwork and promotional activities.
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools and social media platforms is a plus.
- Fluent in English and local language(s).
