We are seeking a dynamic and engaging Soft Skills Trainer to design, develop, and deliver impactful training programs that enhance the interpersonal and behavioral skills of our employees in Zirakpur. The Soft Skills Trainer will play a crucial role in fostering a positive and productive work environment by equipping our workforce with essential skills such as communication, teamwork, leadership, and customer service.
**Responsibilities**:
- **Training Needs Analysis**: Collaborating with HR and department heads to identify soft skills gaps and training needs across different employee levels.
- **Curriculum Development**: Designing and developing engaging and effective soft skills training materials, including presentations, activities, role-plays, case studies, and assessments, tailored to the specific needs of our employees and the company culture in Zirakpur.
- **Training Delivery**: Facilitating and delivering a variety of soft skills training programs using engaging and interactive methodologies, both in-person and potentially virtually.
- **Training Evaluation**: Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs through feedback collection, assessments, and performance metrics, and making necessary adjustments to improve future sessions.
- **Stakeholder Management**: Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including HR, department managers, and employees.
- **Staying Updated**: Keeping abreast of the latest trends and best practices in soft skills training and development methodologies.
- **Training Administration**: Managing training logistics, including scheduling, venue preparation, and material distribution.

**Qualifications and Skills**:
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, Communication, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- **Subject Matter Expertise**: Deep understanding of various soft skills areas, including communication (verbal and written), interpersonal skills, teamwork, collaboration, leadership, time management, problem-solving, emotional intelligence, and customer service.
- **Training Delivery Skills**: Excellent facilitation and presentation skills with the ability to engage and motivate participants.
- **Curriculum Development Skills**: Proven ability to design and develop effective and engaging training materials.
- **Needs Assessment Skills**: Ability to identify and analyze training needs effectively.
- **Evaluation Skills**: Experience in evaluating the effectiveness of training programs.
- **Communication and Interpersonal Skills**: Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- **Adult Learning Principles**: Strong understanding of adult learning principles and effective training methodologies.
- **Adaptability and Flexibility**: Ability to adapt training style and content to different audiences and situations.
- **Proficiency in Training Tools**: Familiarity with various training tools and technologies, including presentation software and e-learning platforms (if applicable).
- **Language Proficiency**: Fluency in English and Hindi is essential. Knowledge of Punjabi would be an advantage given the location.
