**Position: Social Media Expert (English & Creative)**

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Create original and eye-catching content for daily social media posts (including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Craft well-written, concise, and grammatically correct captions that align with our brand voice.
- Design visually appealing graphics, images, and videos to accompany the posts.
- Conduct thorough research on current social media trends, audience preferences, and industry-related topics.
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and user interactions in a timely and professional manner.
- Analyze performance metrics and use data-driven insights to optimize future content strategies.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Social Media Expert or similar role.
- Excellent command of the English language with outstanding writing and editing skills.
- A keen eye for design and proficiency in graphic design tools.
- In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms and their respective best practices.
- Understanding of social media analytics and the ability to interpret data for actionable improvements.
- Creativity and the ability to think outside the box to engage the target audience effectively.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- A positive and collaborative attitude, open to giving and receiving constructive feedback.
