**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Student/Client Counseling**:

- Provide accurate information regarding visa procedures for countries like Canada, USA, UK, Australia, etc.
- Guide students on course selection, college/university admission, and visa eligibility.
- **Documentation Support**:

- Assist clients in preparing and organizing all necessary documents.
- Review financial statements, academic records, and SOPs.
- **Application Processing**:

- Schedule and prepare clients for embassy interviews, if required.
- **Follow-ups and Communication**:

- Communicate with foreign universities or embassies as needed.
- **Record Keeping**:

- Maintain proper records of each client’s process.
- Update CRM or management systems regularly.
- **Stay Updated**:

- Keep up-to-date with changing immigration laws and embassy guidelines.
- Attend training or workshops provided by visa or education consultancies.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Minimum: Bachelor's degree (any stream).
- Preferred: Experience in overseas education/visa consultancy.
- Strong knowledge of visa rules and embassy regulations.

**Key Skills**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail for documentation.
- Good knowledge of immigration and visa procedures.
- Counseling and convincing skills.
- Fluency in English (other languages are a bonus).
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM software).

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
