Our firm is interested in hiring an experienced Interior Design and sales Manager. Your role is to _ - 1. Lead and own the projects that are brought in by the Design Manager._ - 2. Shadow the design manager during the pitching process while liaising with the client._ - 3. Own Complete Project Life-cycle from Design Pitch to Sales Order._ - 4. Own the sales funnel & drive sales Closure._ - 5. Own Customer Experience through-out Project Life-cycle._ - 6. Lead and own quality & accuracy of design deliverables._ - 7. Coordinate with the internal entities like KWS team, Design team and project execution team in case of need._ **Requirements**: **_ What makes you worthy?_** - _ Proficiency in Technical Drawings and a reasonable knowledge in Google Sketchup, 3Ds Max and other 3D visualization tools._ - _ A confident and compelling tone of communication that sells a brand as huge as ours. Eloquent English \ Telugu \ Hindi gets you an extra point._ - _ You must be self-motivated to be the absolute best at what you do. Additionally, you should be a positive reinforcement to the team you work with._ - _ You should be a go-to person for any design discussion or conundrum._ - _ You must be able to conduct on-site observations and provide recommendations that help in streamlining the ongoing design projects._ **_ Professional Qualifications:_** - _ Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Design Industry (Interior Design or Architecture) _ - _ Technical design (material knowledge, execution and GFC)._ - _ Must be familiar with Modular technology (material knowledge, aesthetics & functionality, module planning)._ - _ Civil works & Services (specifications & installation details)._ - _ Must be proficient in GOOGLE SKETCHUP, AUTOCAD, MS OFFICE and other design tools._ - _ Sign yourself-up for this incredible adventure_ **Benefits**: - _ Medical benefits to ensure healthy troopers.
