**Responsibilities**:

- Conducting comprehensive French language training sessions for employees at various proficiency levels.
- Designing and developing effective training materials, including lesson plans, exercises, and assessments.
- Tailoring training programs to meet the specific needs and goals of individual employees or groups.
- Incorporating a variety of teaching techniques and resources to engage learners and promote active participation.
- Providing constructive feedback and guidance to learners to help them improve their French language skills.
- Monitoring and assessing the progress of learners through regular evaluations and progress reports.
- Staying updated with the latest language teaching methodologies and incorporating relevant techniques into training programs.
- Collaborating with other trainers and language professionals to share best practices and contribute to curriculum development.
- Maintaining training records and documentation of learners' progress for reporting purposes.
- Assisting in the recruitment and selection process for language training programs.

**Requirements**:

- Strong command of the language, including grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation.
- A teaching certification or relevant language teaching qualifications will be an advantage.
- Proven experience in teaching French as a foreign language, preferably in a corporate or professional training setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with learners from diverse backgrounds.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple training sessions and learners simultaneously.
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the evolving needs of learners and adjust training approaches accordingly.
- Proficiency in using technology and digital resources for language teaching and learning.
- A passion for teaching, a patient and supportive demeanor, and the ability to create a positive and engaging learning environment.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
