**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create and modify **2D/3D CAD drawings** based on project requirements.
- Develop **layout plans, sections, elevations, and working drawings**.
- Coordinate with **architects, engineers, and project managers** to understand project scope and deliverables.
- Ensure all drawings are compliant with **building codes, project guidelines, and company standards**.
- Update drawings and documents based on **revisions, field changes, or client feedback**.
- Maintain and organize drawing files and ensure **version control**.
- Assist in preparing **presentation drawings, models, and renderings** if required.
- Conduct site visits to take measurements and understand design feasibility.
- Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and consultants when required for **technical inputs**.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Diploma / Degree in **Architecture, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering**, or related field.
- Proficiency in **AutoCAD**, and knowledge of other software like **SketchUp, Revit, SolidWorks, or 3Ds Max** is a plus.
- Strong understanding of **technical drawing standards** and **building construction methods**.
- Minimum **2-5 years of experience** in CAD designing (experience in real estate/construction preferred).
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple projects.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

**Preferred Attributes**:

- Experience in **real estate layouts, township planning, or structural detailing**.
- Ability to read architectural and civil drawings accurately.
- Familiarity with **municipal bye-laws and development control regulations**.
- Knowledge of **BIM workflows** is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
