Key Responsibilities:

- **Layout Design**: Create visually appealing and modern layouts for both magazines and K12 books, ensuring consistency in style, branding, and tone.
- **Visual Identity**: Develop and maintain the visual identity and design standards for projects, aligning with the publication’s voice and goals.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with editorial teams, ensuring that the content is visually compelling and easy to navigate for readers.
- **Design Projects**: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while adhering to tight deadlines and delivering high-quality output.
- **Trend Awareness**: Stay up to date with the latest design trends, typography, and layout techniques to keep the work fresh and engaging.

Qualifications:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 2-4 years of experience in layout design, preferably with experience in both magazine and educational book publishing.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and composition.
- Knowledge of print production processes and digital design standards.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- A team player with a strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

**Preferred Experience**:

- Prior experience working for top-tier Indian or international magazines.
- A portfolio demonstrating your expertise in creating captivating layouts for magazines and K12 books.
