**Junior Architect**

**Experience**: 1-3 years

**Requirements**:
Utmost fluency in usage of CAD and SketchUp, understanding and and knowledge of materiality as well as ability to think out of the box and explore newer ways of Design+Build.

High proficiency in 3D modelling software's including SketchUp and Revit etc.

Ideation skillset to do creative thinking on multiple levels and scales, while taking ownership of the task at hand.

Strong portfolio to prove a creative skillset with expert knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards.

Excellent communication, writing and presentation skills.

**Location**: Noida Sector 62

**Joining**: Immediate


**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
