**Position Summary**:
The Salon Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the salon, ensuring the highest standards of customer service, staff performance, and overall business success. This role requires excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills to create a positive and professional environment for both clients and employees.

**Key Responsibilities:Operational Management**
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the salon, including scheduling, inventory, and maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Monitor salon performance and implement strategies to meet revenue targets and optimize profitability.

**Team Leadership**
- Recruit, train, and manage salon staff, including stylists, assistants, and front-desk personnel.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and feedback.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment to maintain high employee morale.

**Customer Experience**
- Maintain exceptional customer service standards to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies to attract new clients.

**Inventory and Budget Management**
- Manage salon supplies and retail inventory, ensuring stock levels are maintained.
- Prepare budgets and financial reports, analyzing expenditures and revenue trends.
- Negotiate with suppliers to secure favorable terms for products and equipment.

**Marketing and Growth**
- Collaborate on campaigns to promote salon services and products.
- Monitor industry trends and introduce new services or techniques to stay competitive.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and local community influencers.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in salon management or a related role.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of salon software and basic financial management.
- Passion for beauty, fashion, and wellness trends.

Pay: ₹13,479.56 - ₹40,247.29 per month
