Operations & Maintenance (O&m) Executive - Solar

Key Responsibilities:
Monitoring and Performance Analysis:
Utilize monitoring systems to track the performance of solar plants and identify deviations from expected output.

Analyze performance data to assess plant efficiency and identify areas for improvement.

Preventive Maintenance:
Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to ensure the continued operation of solar assets at peak efficiency.

Conduct routine inspections of equipment, including PV modules, inverters, trackers, and electrical components, to identify and address potential issues proactively.

Corrective Maintenance:
Respond promptly to equipment failures or performance issues to minimize downtime and production losses.

Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems, coordinating with technicians and contractors as necessary to execute repairs effectively.

Asset Management:
Maintain accurate records of equipment inventory, maintenance activities, and performance metrics.

Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely availability of spare parts and consumables required for maintenance activities.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
