Dm/dnb Cardiology

Evaluate and diagnose patients with cardiovascular conditions (e.g., coronary artery disease, arrhythmias, heart failure, hypertension).
- Formulate treatment plans including pharmacological and lifestyle modifications.
- Manage patients in outpatient and inpatient settings.
- Perform and interpret non-invasive diagnostic tests like ECG, ECHO (echocardiogram), stress tests, and Holter monitoring.
- Perform invasive procedures such as angiography, angioplasty, and stent placement, when required.
- Monitor and follow up on post-procedural recovery and care.
- Advise patients and their families on managing chronic heart diseases, the importance of medication adherence, lifestyle changes, and rehabilitation after surgery or interventions.
- Provide education on diet, exercise, and smoking cessation.
- Participate in ongoing clinical research, trials, and studies related to cardiology.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in cardiology techniques and treatments.
- Work with other specialists (e.g., surgeons, radiologists, anesthetists) to provide comprehensive patient care.
- Actively participate in meetings, discussions, and collaborative treatment planning.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Supervise medical interns and residents during their training.
- Attend conferences, seminars, and workshops related to cardiology
