**Job Summary**:
The Accounts cum Back Office position is responsible for supporting both accounting functions and general administrative tasks within the organization. The role involves managing financial records, processing transactions, assisting with payroll, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth operations.
**Responsibilities**:
- **Accounting Tasks**:
- Maintain accurate financial records including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Process invoices, receipts, payments, and other financial transactions.
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of financial data.
- Assist in preparing financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
- Support the preparation of tax returns and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- **Back Office Support**:
- Handle general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and record keeping.
- Coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for staff.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new employees.
- **Communication and Collaboration**:
- Liaise with other departments to ensure efficient flow of information and documentation.
- Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and stakeholders as necessary.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
- **Compliance and Accuracy**:
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant regulations.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to data protection policies.
- Perform regular audits to identify discrepancies and resolve issues promptly.
