**Job description**:
**Position**: 3D Artist

**Experience** : 3 to 5 Years

**Location** : Dwarka Sector-12

**JOB BRIEF**:
We are looking for a 3D Artist to produce high quality photorealistic architectural renderings - a self-motivated individual capable of delivering high-quality projects on tight deadlines.

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Create Architectural renderings and animations for Exterior and Interior projects.
- Maintain productivity and quality targets.
- Work with team on projects and ensure that they are produced on time.
- Follow design guidelines, asset naming conventions.
- Keep abreast with the latest developments in 3D design, capture, and modeling tools and technologies.
- Maintain log time every day (how much time was spent on a particular project)

**QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS**:

- 3 to 5 years of experience in Architectural Visualization
- Bachelors Degree in 3D Visualization or equivalent.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:

- Must have excellent communication skills in written and spoken English.
- Must have excellent proficiency and speed in 3D modeling, materials, lighting, and rendering.
- Must have excellent proficiency in Post-production for still images including matte painting.
- Must have very good knowledge of Architectural design principles.
- Should very good organizational skills.
- Organizational mindset and a team player.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
