Role And Responsibilities
- Testing in an Agile SCRUM environment, in short Continuous Delivery cycles.
- Working with stakeholders and external vendors on large programs to engage, coordinate, and report on testing activities.
- Product stack of Salesforce, Digital portals, Inbound and Outbound Documents and Records Management, Reporting and Analytics - highly desirable
- Create manual test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
- Understanding of various software Development Life Cycle Models (SDLC), Software Test Life Cycle (STLC) and Defect Life Cycle
- Extensive working experience on Functional testing, Integration testing, System testing, and Compatibility Testing and Regression testing.
- Active participation in org-wide technology initiatives to uplift capabilities and maturity.
- Assist in the identification of new procedures, methods, and/or tools to improve the efficiency of the QA process
- Working knowledge of test management software (e.g. qTest, Zephyr).

Desired Profile
- Minimum of 5years software quality assurance.
- Assist in the identification of new procedures, methods, and/or tools to improve the efficiency of the QA process.
- Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Tester or similar role
- Experience in project management and QA methodology
- Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing is a plus.
- Expert-level knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) concepts, including Agile methodologies.
