**Robotics Trainer**
**Location**: Thrissur, Kerala (Online/Offline Classes)
**Salary**: ₹15,000 to ₹25,000 per month (based on performance)
**Employment Type**: Full-Time / Part-Time (Flexible hours)
**Reports To**: Training Coordinator / Program Manager

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- **Curriculum Development**: Design and develop training materials, lesson plans, and activities that provide students with a deep understanding of robotics principles, such as sensors, motors, microcontrollers, and programming.
- **Student Engagement**: Foster an interactive and engaging learning environment, ensuring students are actively involved in the learning process.
- **Assessing Student Progress**: Evaluate students' performance through assignments, projects, quizzes, and tests, providing feedback and recommendations for improvement.
- **One-on-One Support**: Offer personalized assistance to students who need extra help or clarification on difficult topics.
- **Technology Integration**: Utilize various tools and platforms for teaching, such as robotics kits, simulation software, and online learning platforms.
- **Workshop and Seminar Coordination**: Organize workshops, seminars, and robotics competitions to enhance students' practical skills.
- **Stay Updated with Trends**: Keep up-to-date with the latest developments in robotics technology and integrate new trends into the curriculum.
- **Reporting**: Provide regular updates and reports on student progress, course effectiveness, and areas of improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- **Minimum 1 year of experience** in teaching robotics or a related field.
- **Excellent communication skills** in **English** and **Malayalam** (or local language).
- **Passion for teaching** and helping students succeed.
- Ability to explain complex robotics concepts in a simple, understandable manner.
- Experience in designing hands-on, engaging projects for students.
- Comfortable teaching both **online** and **offline**.
- Ability to assess students' understanding and provide constructive feedback.
- Knowledge of **robotics kits**

Preferred Qualifications:

- **Bachelor’s degree** in Robotics, Mechatronics, Electronics, Computer Science, or related fields.
- Certification in robotics or teaching training.
- Experience in teaching in both **classroom** and **online** environments.

Work Hours:

- Flexible hours for **online** sessions.
- **Offline** classes are conducted according to a fixed schedule,
- Some flexibility may be required depending on student needs, workshops, and events.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
