**Responsibilities**:

- Conceptualizing and creating visually appealing designs that align with our brand identity and marketing objectives.
- Collaborating with the marketing team to develop design concepts, iterate on ideas, and ensure consistency across all marketing channels.
- Utilizing industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) to execute design projects efficiently and effectively.
- Keeping up-to-date with design trends, techniques, and best practices to continuously enhance the quality and impact of our visual assets.
- Communicating and presenting design ideas and concepts to internal stakeholders, incorporating feedback to refine and improve designs.
- Working closely with external vendors and printers to ensure the successful execution of print projects, including quality control and proofing.
- Contributing to brainstorming sessions and creative strategy discussions to generate innovative ideas and solutions.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in a marketing or advertising agency or in-house creative team.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects across various mediums and platforms.
- Excellent creative and conceptual skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate ideas and receive constructive feedback.
- Understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and composition principles.
- Knowledge of printing processes and specifications is a plus.
- Experience with motion graphics or video editing software is desirable but not required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
