**Job description**

We are looking for **Social Media Executive **for a full-time job in an IT company based in Janakpuri, Delhi.

**Job Roles**
- Create, implement, and manage social media strategies. Align social media strategies with overall marketing goals.
- Develop engaging content for various social media platforms (text, image, video).
- Collaborate with designers and writers to ensure content is informative and appealing.
- Monitor and respond to social media channels for comments and messages in a timely manner.
- Track and analyze social media reports and metrics to gauge success and areas for improvement.
- Plan and execute social media campaigns, including paid promotions and coordinate with managers to amplify campaigns.
- Stay up-to-date with current social media trends, tools, and technologies.
- Address and manage any social media crises or negative publicity. Develop strategies to mitigate and manage potential social media issues.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy.
- Define and track important social media KPIs.
- Create and manage all published content (images, video, written).
- Use social media marketing tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.
- Track and analyze social media performance and prepare reports.
- Assist with developing and managing social media campaigns.

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Overtime pay
- Yearly bonus

**Education**:

- Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Social media marketing: 1 year (required)
- total work: 1 year (preferred)

**Location**:

- Janakpuri, Delhi, Delhi (preferred)
