**Job Summary**
**Responsibilities**
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to workers compensation claims.
- Oversee the care management process ensuring timely and accurate handling of cases.
- Administer workers compensation policies maintaining up-to-date records and documentation.
- Process claims efficiently verifying information and coordinating with relevant stakeholders.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline workflows and improve overall process efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Utilize technical skills to manage and update customer service databases.
- Conduct regular audits to identify and rectify discrepancies in claims and policy administration.
- Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements.
- Communicate effectively with clients providing clear and concise information.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
- Support the team in achieving departmental goals and objectives.
**Qualifications**
- Possess strong customer service skills with a focus on workers compensation.
- Have experience in care management policy administration and claims processing.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Show proficiency in using customer service databases and related software.
- Exhibit strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Display a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
- Be adaptable to rotational shifts and a hybrid work model.
**Certifications Required**
Certified Workers Compensation Professional (CWCP) or equivalent certification will be prefferd
