1. Handle significant digital marketing budgets for paid acquisition

2. Optimize campaign performance across google and facebook to consistently improve ROI

3. Plan, strategize and implement social media strategy to align with business objectives.

4. Ensure that there's brand consistency across all campaigns and messages.

7. Aggressively activate all social media accounts(e.g. Facebook Page, YouTube Channel, Linkedin) to drive traffic onto website & blog.

8. Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news)

9. Brainstorm with top management on themes, objectives and quirky marketing campaigns to aggressively help the company build a strong online brand presence

10. Responsible for generating leads for different all teams

11. Continuously analyse our websites & do changes after management confirmation as per requirement.

12. Manage company’s social media accounts at all times

13. Ensure all relevant changes are monitored and updated at all times

14. Ensuring the social media account is live every day

15. Keep updated with the market trends and competitor activity

16. Ensure our marketing and advertisements is in line with the industry market stadards and trends

17. Give monthly report to Management with information on all marketing activities we performed for the month

Qualifications:
1 Proven 1-5 years of work experience as a Digital Marketer. Preferably from B2C or Education background.

2 Should have demonstrated experience on ROI driven social media marketing

3 Should have a flair for storytelling, be extremely creative and able to give shape to ideas.

4 Excellent written and verbal communication skills

5 Strong analytical and multitasking skills

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
