RESPONSIBILITIES:

- **Stay Informed**: Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and company policies.
- **Product/Service Knowledge**:Effectively communicate the features and benefits of products or services offered by the company.
- **Lead Generation**:Identify potential sales opportunities and generate leads for the sales team.
- **Follow Scripts**:Adhere to scripts or guidelines provided by the company to ensure consistency in communication.
- **Outbound Calls**: Initiate outbound calls to customers or leads from provided lists or databases.
- **Customer Engagement**: Build rapport with customers, understand their needs, and offer tailored solutions.
- **Answer Inquiries**: Respond to customer queries, provide accurate information, and resolve concerns or issues
- **Maintain Records**: Keep detailed records of customer interactions, including call notes, feedback, and sales progress. Record and maintain call logs and customer information in the CRM System.
- **Customer Feedback**:Gather feedback from customers and convey it to the relevant departments for improvement.
- **Performance Review**: Collaborate with team members and share insights, best practices for improving sales performance.

Qualifications we seek in you
- Minimum Qualification : Graduate, Undergraduate from any basic degree.
- Minimum 2 year of experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self motivated, organized and able to work independently.
- Verbal communication skills with a confident and engaging phone presence.
- Persuasive and convincing communication abilities.
- Goal-oriented mindset and a strong work ethic.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
