About the Role:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create and design layouts for various print materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, packaging, banners, and other marketing collateral.
- Prepare print-ready files and coordinate with the printing team to ensure accurate color, layout, and quality standards.
- Understand client requirements and translate them into visually appealing designs.
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
- Collaborate marketing teams to ensure design consistency and brand alignment.
- Handle revisions and edits efficiently as per client or team feedback.

**Requirements**:
**-Minimum 1 year of experience**as a Graphic Designer, preferably in a printing press or print production environment.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, and InDesign.
- Strong understanding of printing processes, color management, and file formatting.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and visual sense.
- Must be based in Gurgaon and willing to work on-site (in-office).
