We are looking for Retired Banking Officer(VRS)
- Draft, review, and negotiate various legal documents, including contracts and agreements.
- Provide legal advice and strategic guidance to the management team on corporate matters.
- Address and resolve legal disputes, notices, and litigation with external legal counsel.
- Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations to ensure the organization remains compliant with all applicable legal requirements.
- Handle legal duties across the organization while maintaining effective communication and coordination with public service departments, such as the police and judiciary.
- Manage relationships with external legal counsel, auditors, consultants and police to ensure seamless operations and expert support when needed.
- Adherence to local government and legal requirements.
- Advised to conduct special Audits.
- Manage and oversee family/group-owned and company-owned real estate properties, ensuring proper maintenance and compliance with local regulations.
- Lead the process of identifying and acquiring a new office building by collaborating with real estate agents, legal teams, and other stakeholders.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
